Genius Foods, Nimble Activewear and Fodbods competition: 13th April - 30th April 2022.

Terms and Conditions: You have until midnight 30th April 2022 to enter. Australia residents aged over 18 only. Unlimited unique entries allowed. Winner will be selected at random and winner will be contacted only by @geniusfoodaus.

Full Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter is: Genius Foods Ltd. whose registered office is at 22 Northumberland Street South West Lane, Edinburgh EH3 6JD.
2. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Genius Foods and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Entry via Instagram only. Post can be found here.
6. Multiple entries from the same person allowed. Each entry must be unique, tagging a different account. Duplicate comments will not be permitted. Winner must be following @geniusfoodaus and @fodbods Instagram accounts. Closing date for entry will be midnight 30^th April 2022. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

2) Like the post linked here
3) Tag another unique Instagram account
4) Entrants may share on your story tagging @geniusfoodaus ⁠and @fodbods for a bonus entry!

7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

9. The prize is as follows:

• • $250 Nimble Activewear e-voucher
  • One months supply of Genius Foods bread which equates to 30 individual packs of any Genius Foods branded product. Products decided by and selected by the Promoter.
  • 2 cases of @fodbods Mixed Protein Packs which equates to 24 bars in total.

10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

12. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by @geniusfoodaus. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner will be required to provide their name, email address, postal address and contact telephone number to allow the Promoter to fulfill their prize. Personal details will be used solely for the purposes of orgainising the winners prize and will not be stored outside of Instagram. Acceptance of the prize will be given by providing their information to @geniusfoodaus via Direct Message on Instagram.

13. The promoter will notify the winner once the prize has been ordered.

14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. As the promotion is being managed from the United Kingdom, data processing will be governed by GDPR guidelines and used solely for the purpose of the promotion.

19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Genius Foods and not to any other party.
