4 Super Powered Seeded Rolls
2 carrots - grated
120g hummus
1 tin chickpeas, drained
3 tbsp mango chutney
1 tsp tikka curry powder
4 tbsp raisins
4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves – shredded
Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a big mixing bowl and heap onto our gluten free Seeded Rolls which are packed with linseed, poppy and sunflower seeds for a deliciously healthy crunchy bite.
So simple it means there is no excuse for missing out on a gut lovin’ lunch.
