Terms and Conditions: You have until 23:59 22 September 2024 to enter. UK residents aged over 18 only. Unlimited unique entries allowed. Winners will be selected at random and winner will be contacted only by @geniusfoodofficial.

Full Terms and Conditions:

1-The promoter is: Genius Foods Ltd. whose registered office is at 22 Northumberland Street South West Lane, Edinburgh EH3 6JD.
2- Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom-  aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or "step" family), of The Promoter, or anyone associated with the prize promotion.
3- Promotional Period- 22/08/24-22/09/24
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Route to entry: Survey completion via Mailchimp email. 
6- Closing date for entry will be at 23:59 on the 22nd September 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
8- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10- 4 x Winners: £25 Gift Card from a UK retailer (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Waitrose, ASDA, Ocado).
1`1- Winners will be chosen: 4 x winners will be selected by random for all entries received & verified by Promoter.
12- The winners will be notified via email.  If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13- The winner must select marketing box for marketing to contact individual regarding their prize.
14- The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
15- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scottish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
17- The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation
18- The winners’ names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: marketing@geniusfood.com
19- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
