Ingredients

4 Super Powered Seeded Rolls

2 carrots - grated

4oz hummus

1 can garbanzo, drained

3 tbsp mango chutney

1 tsp tikka curry powder

4 tbsp raisins

4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise

2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves – shredded

Method
