2x slices of Genius White Bread
1 apple, sliced thinly
4oz Turkey, cooked and thinly sliced
2oz Brie, thinly sliced
Handful of spinach
1. Use one slice of your gluten free bread as a foundation to this creation, and assemble the lean turkey, crunchy apple and brilliant brie on top. Did you know that apple acts as a prebiotic within the gut whilst brie packs a probiotic punch? Basically, this sandwich is bursting with gut friendly goodness!
2. Add some spinach into the mix to add some fresh colour and high fiber flavor.
Now pop the other slice of Genius bread on top. You can either eat this healthy delight now, or whack it into a panini grill to have a warm and melty version. Both got the tick of approval from us, and our guts!
