Ingredients

4 slices of Genius Brown Bread

4 heaped teaspoons of your favourite nut butter

1 apple, sliced

Sprinkle of cinnamon

2 tbsp. juicy raisins (optional but recommended!)

Method

1. To get the ball rolling, pop the gluten free bread in your toaster and check the setting. No one wants burnt toast…

2. Pick your favourite nut butter, this may take a few minutes but don’t take your eye off the toaster for too long. When the toast pops, spread over a thick layer of nut butter.

3. Top with crunchy apples and a handful of raisins.

4. For those over achievers amongst us, whip out the stencil that’s been tucked away in your kitchen drawers for years and artfully dust your fibre charged toast with cinnamon. Or you can simply sprinkle it straight on - you’re in charge. Cinnamon is the finishing touch so it’s time to take a bite and get ready for the day ahead.
